CyberCraft is an independent Australian consultancy that works across two disciplines: AI services and cyber security. We're based in Adelaide, South Australia, and work nationally with organisations of all sizes.

On the AI side, we build custom skills, plugins, and bespoke systems that help your business move faster. Quoting engines, client portals, live dashboards, CRM — built around the way you actually work, designed to help you win more work and serve clients better.

On the cyber side, we focus on the layer above your MSP — compliance, risk management, and security oversight. We help organisations implement frameworks like ISO 27001, Essential Eight, and the Privacy Act, and develop policies that actually work for their context.

With no vendor partnerships, no products to resell, and no MSP services to protect, our advice is driven by one thing: what's best for your organisation.

Jeff
Co-founder
With 30+ years in the IT industry focused on cloud, information security, and risk management, Jeff works with organisations to establish cyber-risk management practices. He designs and delivers cyber risk management programmes, specialising in ISO 27001, Essential Eight, and CIS frameworks. Jeff provides vCISO services, board and C-level engagement, impact assessments, and security architecture — and increasingly helps clients navigate AI governance as they adopt AI tools alongside their security programmes.
Richard
Co-director
Richard leads CyberCraft's AI services — designing and building the custom skills, plugins, and bespoke systems that help businesses replace underused SaaS tools with AI that fits their actual workflows. He also brings deep experience in cyber policy design across organisations from 10 to 1,500 staff, specialising in cybersecurity, acceptable use, BYOD, and technical policies that protect without creating friction.
